- Avoid applying too much pressure on the collector pad with your tongue and palate but rather allow it to expand freely as it absorbs saliva - it's like a little sponge.
- Avoid flicking, bumping or bending the inne STRIP collector when the absorbent pad is wet as this can cause it to fall off.
